Fudo was created for the “foodies”. For those who know that on a plate – less is more (but quite enough in quantity). A young team (some call them “a hipster bistro”) led by Simona Zdovc serve you with food made from fresh and selected ingredients that they get from the local food producers and create plates that delight young and old.
Fudo is located at the most hectic street in the city – Poštna ulica. During summer days, it offers a sunny garden overlooking the Plague Column on Main Square. In Fudo you can have a healthy and tasty breakfast or sweet pancakes with fruit, chocolate and honey. For lunch, you can enjoy excellent pasta, different sea specialties, fried fish and homemade pan-baked potatoes or simple liver with baked shallot, potato puree, gorgonzola sauce and apples. And for dinner, you can drop by for a snack with a glass of wine – in Fudo they boast a great selection of wines. Fudo chefs are young and curious; while they cook, they research, discover and have fun, in that way succeeding in attracting more and more new guests to Fudo.
