In Steakhouse, in the city centre of Maribor, you will be delighted by the offer of creative burgers and steaks from the local and more distant pastures. The meat is roasted in a furnace at an exceptionally high temperature, “with a touch” of 800 °C. The magic of this manner of roasting is in the fast, but for the taste buds an invaluable process. The furnace is heated in an extremely short time to a temperature exceeding 800 °C. The effect on the meat is the following: at high temperatures, the pores on the tender meat quickly close on both sides and the juice stays in the middle. The result is a heavenly delicious, crunchy and dark crust, under which the meat remains extremely juicy. For a complete finish, only some fresh butter, sea salt and freshly ground pepper are missing. In the pleasant, trendy interior, the waiters also serve the dishes “to lick your fingers” and the dishes for those who are not fond of meat. The house desserts are excellent as well. The creative burgers are made from local, 4 weeks matured beef, seasoned only with pepper and salt. The butter buns are baked daily according to the recipe of the house baker and the burgers are served with hand-cut home-made french fries.
On Fridays and Saturdays, you can enjoy a DJ party in Steakhouse, while the bartenders prepare excellent cocktails – the ones with gin are put on a pedestal. On workdays and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, they serve selected breakfasts and it is advisable you make a reservation.
