Rožmarin restaurant opened its doors in 2006 in the capital of Styria – the city of Maribor, introducing a different, more cosmopolitan view of modern cuisine. Its name Rožmarin (rosemary) emphasizes Mediterranean, that is Italian, French, Spanish and, last but not the least, Slovenian cuisine.

The owner of the restaurant has always associated culinary delights with entertainment, so hanging out while enjoying food and selected wines remains one of the important principles of his restaurant offer. He combines the knowledge and experience that he acquired on his research journeys to culinary and oenological regions with inspiration and love, creating his own dishes and recipes. The emphasis is on fresh dishes, prepared by order and without industrial additives.
The restaurant boasts an exceptional wine cellar, a rich selection of wines from the world’s most important wine regions and a special chamber for Bordeaux wines that is unique in Slovenia and the wider region. During the evening, the winery transforms into a place of entertainment where you can have unforgettable time with the sounds of DJs or excellent concerts.
